Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in a diverse CCRC environment. This PRN position offers flexible hours across skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care and outpatient settings, with opportunities to impact residents’ functional independence.

The ideal candidate holds a current Physical Therapist license and is comfortable working in geriatrics, with strong collaboration across disciplines to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatrics or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services to residents in a geriatrics-focused setting.
• Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy and other teams to plan patient care.

Qualifications:
