Omni Therapy Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home evaluation and treatment services in East Los Angeles, CA, as an independent contractor.

This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, full control over patient assignments, weekly direct deposit, and a streamlined, web-based documentation system to support excellent patient care.

Clinicians choose their own hours and manage their own caseload while Omni Therapy handles administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in home health or in-home evaluation is preferred.
• Available to travel within East Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and treatments as scheduled.
• Coordinate care with case managers and patients.
• Maintain documentation in the web-based system.
