Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to restore function.

Must hold a PT license in the state, have a Master's in Physical Therapy (or equivalent), and be prepared to work across varied clinical settings. We offer growth and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of experience acceptable.
• Eligible to practice in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients to improve function and mobility.
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
• Deliver treatment sessions and reassess progress regularly.
• Collaborate with the rehab team including physicians and aides.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Qualifications

• 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.


• 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or


• 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or


• 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.


• 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $39.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
