Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive in-facility therapies. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy while collaborating with the rehab team to optimize outcomes.

You’ll empower patients and caregivers through education, promote independence, and participate in a supportive, growth-oriented clinical network with access to online CEUs and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT related field with Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor's in PT with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients in facility-based settings.
• Collaborate with care team and other clinicians for patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.

2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or

3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or

4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $55.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
