Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility care, assess patient needs, and implement recovery plans. You will work closely with the Rehab Director to deliver high-quality PT services across settings.

The role emphasizes patient-centered therapy, collaboration with the care team, and opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and advancement within a growing rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master’s degree in PT-related field + Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote independence and function.
• Teach patients and caregivers exercises for home use.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $60.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
