Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function and independence.

You will report to the Director of Rehab and participate in a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off. A $20,000 retention bonus is offered, with new grads invited to explore our Power$TART program for additional support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with care team and supervise care as needed.
• Report to Director of Rehab.
