Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility care across our network. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver targeted therapy to help patients regain function.

The role emphasizes patient-centered, evidence-based practice with opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and growth. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and visa sponsorship to qualified candidates, with relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients in various settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer as needed.
• Design and implement programs to restore and enhance physical abilities.

Posted Salary Range: USD $44.15 - USD $47.06 /Hr.
