Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Greenville, SC is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for The Gables. This facility-based role offers a flexible schedule 2-5 days per week and includes a New Grad Mentorship program to support professional growth.

The therapist will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, work within an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a comprehensive care plan focused on maximizing residents' functional potentials.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in South Carolina.
• New grad mentorship program available for developing therapists.
• Experience in skilled nursing/geriatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat residents using therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to maximize resident function.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in medical records.

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident’s life. The Physical Therapist participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.
