Job summary

ANAC STAFFING - 9100 is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop treatment plans that improve mobility, reduce limitations, and promote recovery. This is a permanent, full-time role in Great Barrington, MA with a pay rate of $55 per hour.

You will assess mobility, design individualized therapy plans, provide exercises and gait training, monitor progress, and document care. Collaboration with other health professionals and educating patients and caregivers are key

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and physical function.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
