Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in a concierge-style outpatient setting.
• Treat spine, neck, shoulder, and other injuries post-accidents.
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, and mobility restoration.
• Administer dry needling, shockwave therapy, and BFR as appropriate.
• Conduct initial evaluations (~60 min) and follow-up sessions (~30–40 min).
• Split time between Thornton and Fort Collins locations.

Location: Thornton & Fort Collins, CO | Schedule: Full-Time, on-site | Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 annual salary

Overview

A concierge-style outpatient injury rehabilitation practice focused on personalized recovery care is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its orthopedic and sports medicine team. The clinic specializes in helping patients recover from motor vehicle accidents and orthopedic injuries through a white-glove, one-on-one treatment model, and this role offers the chance to practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy while delivering individualized care.

What you'll do

• Provide 1:1 patient care in a quality-focused, concierge-style outpatient setting
• Treat patients with spine and neck injuries, shoulder conditions, joint and soft-tissue injuries, pain, and mobility limitations following accidents
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening and stabilization, and mobility/range-of-motion restoration
• Perform orthopedic injury rehabilitation and pain/functional rehabilitation
• Administer dry needling, shockwave therapy, and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy as appropriate
• Conduct patient evaluations (approximately 60 minutes) and follow-up sessions (approximately 30-40 minutes)
• Split time working between the Thornton and Fort Collins, CO locations

Required qualifications

• DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for PT licensure in Colorado
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Strong communication and patient-care skills

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, and/or injury rehabilitation preferred
• Experience with dry needling, shockwave therapy, and/or BFR is highly desirable

Compensation and benefits

• $130,000 - $150,000 annual salary (flexible for the right candidate)
