Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our facilities team. You will assess patient needs, create and implement recovery plans, and deliver compassionate physical therapy across settings.

You’ll collaborate with a rehabi litation team and report to the Director of Rehab, helping patients restore independence and quality of life through evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Master's degree in PT-related field with Bachelor's in PT, or alternative 5-year PT track.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.33 - USD $42.99 /Hr.
