Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation in Falls Church, VA, is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function.

The role includes a generous sign-on bonus up to $10,000, comprehensive benefits, clinician mentorship from day one, and access to free CEUs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field plus eligible for licensure.
• Foreign degree evaluated to US equivalency if earned outside the US.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range: USD $41.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
