Signature HealthCARE in Erin, TN is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rehab team at a 164-bed facility with the region's largest therapy department and rehab-to-home program.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited physical therapy program and a valid state PT license; a Bachelor’s degree is the minimum.

We offer an $8,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision, 401(k), life insurance, HSA, PTO, tuition assistance, and more.
