Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our supportive team in Greenfield, IA and Atlantic, IA. The PT will provide resident-focused therapy across a split-site role with a full-time schedule and varied settings within our nursing and rehab facilities.

Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapist license or be eligible to obtain one in the practicing state. We offer mentorship, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical support to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to residents in Greenfield Manor and Heritage House.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed.

Physical Therapist / PT - Split role

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Setting: Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Greenfield Manor - Greenfield, IA & Heritage House - Atlantic, IA

Pay Range: Up to $50 per hour (Based on experience and qualifying interview.)
