Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center in Saguache CO seeks a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. We offer a $5,200 sign-on bonus and a 1:1 patient care model in a small-town hospital setting.

You will work in a modern facility with supportive leadership, prioritizing work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and ongoing CEU access via Medbridge. Relocation assistance and a strong community focus enhance this role.

Requirements

• Current, active Physical Therapist licensure for Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination.
• Current CPR Certification.
