Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patients, design and implement recovery plans, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy to help patients regain function and mobility.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, report to the Director of Rehab, and participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs to advance your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s) or have proof of license eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for US equivalence.
• Licensure verification or eligibility required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients in various settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and reporting to Director of Rehab.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to restore function.

Qualifications

Posted Salary Range

USD $41.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
