Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehab needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and home programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
