Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
