Rehabilitation Center of Allison is seeking a Physical Therapist to design and implement therapy programs that help residents regain mobility and improve quality of life. Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License – or eligible to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred – but we’re willing to invest in new grads!

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
