Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient contract position. The role is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, in an outpatient clinic.

You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement interventions to restore mobility and reduce pain. Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered PT services, updating progress notes, coordinating with referring providers, and adapting plans as patients progress.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
