Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Stateboro, GA and surrounding areas on a PRN basis. Therapists work with patients in their homes and communities to address functional goals.

You will join interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized treatment plans, and support clients with neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses using evidence-based approaches for durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and valid state licensure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments such as lower-extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety.

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Stateboro, GA, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
