Job summary

B Good Group is seeking a diligent Physical Therapist (PT) for Home Health on a PRN basis in Florida. You will contract as your own boss, set your schedule and caseload, and provide compassionate therapy services within our elite home health team.

Ideal candidates have Florida PT licensure, a clean driving record, and current CPR certification. Experience in home health and strong communication skills are highly valued, with emphasis on documentation and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active license from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
• Current in-person CPR certification.
• Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, bending, lifting, and assisting patients/equipment.
• Strong customer service, communication skills and effective listening.
• Efficient and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patient care needs, including: functional status and mobility, endurance and stamina, pain levels and other medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Provide skilled interventions to improve patient well-being and functional outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Deliver thorough education and training to patients and caregivers
• Participate in staff and administrative meetings
