• Complete discharge planning and follow-up, ensuring accurate documentation of care activities, progress, and outcomes.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity standards, demonstrate flexibility, and provide empathetic, patient-centered care.
• Pursue ongoing professional development, serve as a clinical instructor, and mentor new staff, students, and volunteers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure in applicable states (MD, DC, VA) as required.
