Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Waco, TX is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered care in home and community settings. PRN positions available.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams to develop functional goals and deliver evidence-based therapies in patients' homes and communities. Experience with neurologic rehab and strong communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with state licensure.
• Experience treating neurologically related disorders.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments including lower extremity function and mobility.
• Assess vestibular skills and environmental safety in home settings.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and families.

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Waco, TX, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
