Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) in Smyrna, TN for outpatient orthopedic care. You will provide flexible PRN coverage across Results PT clinics, focusing on evidence-based plans and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
