Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in San Antonio, TX is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered care in home and community settings. PRN positions available, enabling flexible scheduling and meaningful outcomes for clients recovering from neurological and orthopaedic conditions.

Therapists collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans, evaluate impairments, and address safety at patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with state licensure.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required.

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in San Antonio, TX, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
