Job summary

Concentra in Salt Lake City is seeking a Center Therapy Director to lead outpatient physical therapy services and shape patient care in the community.

You will collaborate with medical and operational teams to deliver high-quality interventions for injured individuals, while driving program growth through Concentra’s early intervention model and center leadership partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must meet licensure requirements of jurisdiction.
• Manual Therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Center Leadership to grow the business.
• Lead and implement Concentra’s early intervention model in acute rehabilitation.
