Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Physical Therapist (PRN - days) to evaluate and implement treatment plans for referred patients. You will contribute to program development, educate patients and families, and ensure documentation complies with state and hospital policies.

Requirements include a PT degree (BPT or MPT) from an APTA-accredited program, Kentucky licensure or eligibility, BLS certification, and a willingness to work in a team that values clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• New graduates accepted; experience preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for Kentucky licensure; certified.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities
