Job Details Job Location: Murray, UT 84107 Position Type: Per Diem

The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, organizes, and administers physical therapy services in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, regulations and guidelines to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times. The physical therapist maintains informative, accurate, and timely documentation and records management and works collaboratively with all disciplines, adheres to the professional standards of practice guidelines and code of ethics as set forth by the state board of physical therapy.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current state license and must maintain license renewal in accordance with the applicable State Licensing Board
