Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ in Overland Park, KS is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within established protocols.

You will document progress, coordinate with physicians and insurance, and contribute to a supportive team environment while growing professionally through ARC IGNITE and other resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Kansas license and CPR certification
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment
• Proficient with EMR, databases, and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine PT treatment
• Provide direct patient care per established guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Coordinate with assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Develop plan of care and goals based on evaluations
• Document daily notes and progress reports in a timely manner
• Communicate with physicians, insurance, and care teams
