Job summary

Marysville Post Acute in Marysville, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN/per diem placement to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, design individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain mobility and independence in a supportive, skilled nursing setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active CA PT license (or eligibility), has strong communication skills, and enjoys collaborative care within an interdisciplinary team. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Active CA Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus.
