Job summary

Oak Hill is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support patient care in our skilled nursing setting. You will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs to promote mobility, independence, and quality of life for residents.

Applicants must have a valid Physical Therapy license and current CPR certification. Basic computer literacy is required, and prior experience in a nursing home environment is preferred. This role offers flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Qualifications
