Job summary

Campbell Clinic Inc. Germantown location is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting and delegate appropriate tasks to support staff.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation, development of home exercise programs, and ongoing licensure maintenance through continuing education. TN or MS licensure required; prior outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. State Licensure required in TN or MS.
• Experience: Outpatient setting preferred.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills required.
• Must be licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Tennessee or Mississippi, depending on the assigned work location.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Experience:Previous experience in the outpatient setting preferred

Computer Skills: Must be computer literate. Basic computer skills required.

Certifications & Licenses: Must be licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Tennessee or Mississippi, depending on the assigned work location
