Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sarasota is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver inpatient care and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey with compassion and expertise.

You'll supervise treatments, develop personalized care plans, and build meaningful relationships with patients while supporting their physical, mental, and emotional recovery, with a strong focus on team collaboration and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
