Trinity Health's MercyOne team in Pleasant Hill, IA is seeking a licensed physical therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, SLP, PT and OT to achieve functional goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program.
• Iowa licensure is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Mandatory reporter status required.
