Job summary

Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westborough, MA is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to join the Transitional Care Unit. The role offers two pay options: $53.00/hour with a minimum of 24 hours per week, or $50.00/hour with shifts as available.

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team with opportunities for advancement and flexible schedules. The position is in-person with easy access from major routes and free on-site parking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physiatrists, neurologists and a multidisciplinary team including OT/PT/SLP to plan and implement patient-focused therapy.
• Provide per diem physical therapy services with flexible scheduling to meet patient and hospital needs.
• Participate in ongoing patient assessment and documentation to support care plans.
