Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Camarillo, CA, is seeking a Physical Therapist for flexible per diem float positions across Ventura County clinics (Camarillo, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks and nearby). You can choose where and when you work while joining a patient-focused team.

We offer competitive hourly compensation ($50-$60/hour) based on experience, with optional coverage in LA and OC. This role supports outpatient orthopedic care and emphasizes collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy and integrate them into practice.
• Be a team player to support the caseload and use PTA when applicable.
• Participate in driving a collaborative culture focused on service vision.
• Adapt to changes in patient schedules and daily patterns.

About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities
