Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for per diem work in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $55.00 per hour with casual, per diem scheduling.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
