Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a per diem opportunity in Florida. Join a long‑standing therapy team dedicated to growth, mentorship, and high‑quality patient care.

You will evaluate patients, design and implement personalized treatment plans, coordinate with teammates to ensure outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations. New graduates are welcome; mentorship is available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Degree from an APTA-accredited PT program (BS, MS or DPT).
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
