Physical Therapist

Per Diem position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA

Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and/or designated supervisor, the Physical Therapist provides diagnostic, evaluative, and therapeutic procedures under medical prescription for the treatment of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients disabled by illness or injury, with the goal of optimizing functional restoration and rehabilitation. Treatments administered include massage, exercise, hypnotherapy, heat therapy, and others.

The tradition of caring that led to the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center began in 1965 with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Over the years, the hospital has evolved to meet the needs of its growing community. After merging with Circle City Medical Center in 1992, the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. Currently, the hospital network includes a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus, certified by The Joint Commission, employing over 1,250 healthcare workers, with a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians across more than 40 specialties.
