Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for a full-time day shift to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy to improve function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• California Physical Therapist License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

• Complete evaluations and develop written treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing treatments to improve patient functional status.
• Collaborate with care teams to meet treatment objectives.

Required Qualifications:
