Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
Pelvic Health experience required
1-2 years of prior experience
Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy
Knowledge of established standards for Physical Therapy, ability to connect with patient and build rapport, flexibility with schedule, computer skills and Pelvic Health
