Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist; must be eligible for Texas licensure.
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s pelvic health and orthopedics required.
• Pelvic health experience and manual therapy skills are required; ReVital certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Patient case load of 10–12 patients per day.
• Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients and families as needed.

Seeking a Women’s and Men’s Health Specialist Physical Therapist to join our expanding orthopedic PT and OT team at our new facility on the Baylor University Medical Center Campus in Downtown Dallas. Our team includes 15 ortho PTs, 2 OTs, and a pelvic health specialized PT. We serve a wide range of pelvic and abdominal health needs including prenatal and postpartum care, colorectal and gynecological oncology, pelvic pain and dysfunction, urinary and fecal incontinence, and sports-related pelvic dysfunction. Ideal candidates are self-driven, lifelong learners, passionate about pelvic health and community outreach, and eager to grow our peripartum program in collaboration with our labor and delivery team. Men’s and Women’s pelvic health experience and manual therapy skills are required as well as an orthopedic background; ReVital certification is preferred but not required.Clinic hours vary from 7A-7P Monday-Thursday and 7A-5P on Fridays
