Tower Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan and implement treatment programs for referred patients within our rehabilitation services. You will supervise assistants, aides, and students while supporting all programs in the Rehabilitation Continuum.

You will maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Completes and maintains required competencies and trainings.

Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• Master\'s Degree – OR – combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of Master\'s Degree
