• Observe the physician's treatment order, including rehabilitation goal and recognize the limitations of treatment and the responsibilities for which he or she is capable, based on experience, education, and training.

Job Details

Evaluate and treat physician‑referred patients by organizing and conducting physical therapy programs. Evaluate physical dysfunction or disability; plan and implement specific treatment programs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team.

Requirements

Education:

Skills

Physical therapist must be able to evaluate and provide treatment interventions to patients. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced department. Position requires ability to accurately and completely document in a timely manner utilizing the electronic medical record system EPIC. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Salary Range

USD $63.38 - USD $63.38 /Hr.
