Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois.
• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire.

• Provides direct patient care and collaborates with treating PT/PTA(s).
• Participates in committees and departmental process improvement.
• Serves as a role model for therapists and clinical interns in professional activities.
