Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Examin(es), tests, measures, and interprets data for PT diagnosis.
• Interact with patients using age-appropriate communication.
• Develops and modifies goals and treatment plans.
• Delivers various therapeutic interventions accurately and effectively.
• Documents services clearly, concisely, and accurately.
• Records and submits patient charges for billing and productivity.
