Saint Luke's South Hospital in Overland Park, KS is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and create evidence-based treatment plans. You will supervise PT students and assistants, participate in interdepartmental care, and ensure timely documentation while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position requires less than 1 year of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and Basic Life Support certification. Regular weekend and holiday work is expected per department needs.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Regularly assesses progress and adjusts interventions as needed.
• Supervises students and PT assistants as applicable.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team on care planning.
• Documents per department policy and payer requirements.
• Maintains patient safety and quality of care initiatives.
