Feather River Tribal Health, Inc. seeks a part-time physical therapist for Tuesdays and Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The role implements the FRTH in-house Physical Therapy Program for patients with mobility limitations and health-related functional challenges. Responsibilities include evaluating referred patients, planning care with providers, coordinating with the care team, documenting in the chart, and supporting billing and program development.

This individual is responsible for implementation of the FRTH in-house Physical Therapy Program for patients that have medical problems or other health-related conditions that limit their abilities to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives.

Hourly Rate: $65.77-$68.43 , depending on experience
