Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. You’ll manage a general orthopedic caseload and gain hands-on experience with interventions like blood flow restriction therapy, while being mentored by experienced clinicians.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with competitive pay ($45–$52 per hour), a 401(k) with company match, CEU allowances, and growth opportunities within the Upstream Rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Delaware Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
